Girls on the Run: Designing for Community
I collaborated with a women-led running club based in Kingston, founded by a group of women in their mid-20s. The club’s mission is to create a safe, welcoming space where women can run together, build friendships, and feel part of a supportive community while engaging in athletics.
As part of this project, I designed print materials—including route maps and event posters—that not only make runs easier to navigate and events more accessible, but also highlight the club’s partnerships with local businesses like Lay Low and Heal Wellness. These collaborations strengthen the club’s ties to the Kingston community and provide opportunities for cross-promotion, creating a stronger network of support for women in sport.
